It has always been a mountain inn. When we first knew it, it was still a farm. The meals were served in a common room with the family. While keeping the original spirit, the inn has been enlarged with a more modern dining room, with a fine view over the Montagne Noire. La Jante is renowned for: Tripe and white beans simmered at the fireplace, or poultry and lamb on a spit with the « flambadou » applied.
