Don’t judge by the district, l’Ambassade is indeed « a good restaurant in Béziers ». The Chef Patrick Olry (a native of Picardy!) welcomes you in a modern setting and offers you dishes that are obviously tasty, supplemented by a fine choice of wines.

Mr Santuré, a creative chef, offers you refined and original cuisine. The decor is carefully done.

L’Auberge Vigneronne

La Bosque is a hamlet of Pierrerue near Saint Chinian. A recent establishment entirely devoted to cuisine using the spit and the « flambadou »! The poultry and vegetables are produced on the site: everything is good! Don’t forget to mention that you come from Cauduro. It has always been a mountain inn. When we first knew it, it was still a farm. The meals were served in a common room with the family.
